It is a dreary and wet day today which perhaps is a metaphor for 2020; however we are fortunate to be healthy and safe and able to celebrate Christmas with our family.  Jim and I have been looking back at our wonderful gap year and are just so grateful that we were able to have such an amazing experience before we became confined to our own place in the world. This time last year we were off to Austria for a white Christmas which was so beautiful and a dream come true for us.  Every photo we look at is like a Christmas card from our youth – before we noticed that Australia didn’t look like that at Christmas.

We are sending good wishes and love to all of you who followed along with our adventure and praying for a return to normal in 2021.
